## BORN TO LEAD

### Real Expertise. Real Insights. Real Women Leading the Way.

This March, 11:59 is celebrating Women's History Month by hosting a free three-part virtual series led by four of our women leaders, covering the AI and transformation topics that matter most to the women navigating these challenges every day.

Each session is built around real client work and hard-won experience, and includes a premium digital takeaway — a framework, template, or guide you can put to work immediately.

Every attendee also receives a custom Little Words Project bracelet engraved with *born to lead*, shipped directly to you.

Register for one session or all three. Each stands on its own.

You launched an AI initiative. Now everyone wants to know: is it working? The honest answer is — it depends on where you are in the journey.

In this 30-minute session, Darcy breaks down the maturity-linked value timeline every AI leader needs to internalize: what "working" actually looks like in weeks, what efficiency gains look like in months, and what real business value looks like in quarters.

Attendees receive our AI Value Tracking Template.

## New Rules: How AI is Rewriting the Playbook for Digital Transformation

Join Alison Moye, COO, for a special Women’s History Month session as she breaks down the New Rules of transformation:
